Tater!

Yep that's Jake's new nickname Tater! ha! He had his first baby food a few weeks ago and it was sweet potatoes! He ate them up! I could not get them in his mouth fast enough! We had to wait longer than usual to start food because of all his tummy issues. So far so good! Sweet potatoes are still his absolute favorite! He of course loves all the fruits too! Jake is growing super fast! Those first few months went by slowly but now he's eating, rolling over and scooting. Jake, you can slow down a little! I love these moments of "firsts"!

Mmmm!

4th of July!!!

This 4th of July was a little different! We weren't at the lake this year! We decided to stay in Huntsville because we were already traveling so much to Montgomery throughout the month of July. Sister and family came up to celebrate with us! We didn't do a whole lot just hung out at the pool, grilled out and watched fireworks. It was a nice relaxing weekend! John Parker loved the fireworks, he kepts saying "it's my birthday" He thought the fireworks were being shot for him! ha! Jake slept right through them. Nothing better then spending a nice relaxing weekend with the family!

Mommy's Not Looking!

John Parker has figured out that Mommy can't always keep her eyes on him and Jake at the same time. So while I was changing Jake, John Parker decided to have a little fun in the bath tub with his clothes on! He poured a whole bottle of shampoo in the tub. What did I do when I found John Parker in the tub in his clothes with this mess? I grabbed my camera of course! Not to mention this was about 5 minutes before we were suppossed to be walking out the door for a doctor appointment. We've been to the doctor so much the last few weeks I think they've come to expect the Wilson family to be at least 5 minutes late every appointment. Ha! I love little moments like this with John Parker, this could have been a really stressful situation trying to get out the door to the doctor but instead I decided to embrace it and take pictures. I know one day I'll wish he was around to do funny things like this!
